About Us

Quick Feet Track Club was founded by Coach Justin Redfearn in 2009. Since then, we have produced many record breaking performances in USATF and high school athletics.

The football side of our program was created by Coach James Thompson who is a strength and high school Football coach. Every summer we help prepare athletes for the grind of football. No matter what school you attend or level you currently perform, Quick Feet can help refine your skills.

Coaching Staff

James Thompson (Sprinters, Strength, Football)

“Hi. I’m coach Thompson. I would love the opportunity to help motivate, educate, and teach you how to be the best athlete possible. You may love me or hate me during our workouts, but you will definitely be a better athlete than the day I meet you in short time.”

Dujuan Shakespaere (Athletic Trainer)

We are lucky enough to have Dujuan as a consultant to our athletes if they ever have an injury. He is around quite often helping coach and watching his children who are Quick Feet athletes. As a high school Athletic Trainer there isn’t much he hasn’t seen or studied, so we are safe in his hands.

Justin Redfearn (Track and Field)

Dre Smith (Football)

“Hello athletes, Coach Dre here. I am grateful for the opportunity to train young athletes. Maximizing yourself physically and mentally to be the best you can be. Don’t wait. Come train with me. You won’t regret it!”

Tyler Jessop (Hurdles)

“Hi, I’m Coach Jessop, and I coach the hurdles. I ran track 4 ears in high school and had amazing coaches who thought me a lot. Now I use that experience to help others get better. Come ready to learn and we will have a good time.”

Ben Martin ( Middle distance and cross country)

“Coach Martin here! I love the sport of running. That passion helps me help you become the best runner you can be. Come run with me!”

Paige Robinson (Hurdles)

“I have been running and evolved in track for most of my life. I was a collegiate heptathlete for Utah State University, and have coached hurdles in High school for many years. I love to work hard, play hard, and earn the respect and trust of my athletes.”
